Tyku app subscription

What are Tyku app subscription options (prices)?

There are currently three subscription options - one month (€10.99), three months (€22.99) and six months (€35.99). With the longer subscription period the monthly price lowers (one-month membership - €10.99 per month; three-month membership - €7.66 per month; six-month membership - €6.00 ​​per month).

If Tyku app subscription price change, will the price of my existing subscription also change?

Any upcoming changes in Tyku app subscription prices will not affect existing subscribers. This means that if you have purchased, e.g. three-month membership for €22.99, and it increases to €39.99, your subscription will be periodically renewed for the purchase price of your subscription - €22.99.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple account. You can also access settings for these accounts from Tyku app:
After purchasing a subscription, a button "Check subscription" will appear in "My Account" section in Tyku app. Clicking it will take you to your Google Play or Apple account where you can adjust or cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription and its automatic renewals, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal.

What should I do if my Tyku app does not have a subscription purchase function?

There may be cases when the subscription purchase function does not work in the app due to a system error. If the "Subscribe" button does not work or you do not see the subscription price options, then:

1. Delete Tyku app from your phone.

2. Download and install the app again.

After reinstalling the app on your phone, your previously created username will be automatically restored in the app. All your previous settings in the app as well as saved recordings, followed albums or created recordings remain and are available to you again.

What should I do if I entered my username with a typo? How can I fix it?

To correct your username, please email us at info@tyku.app.

For user identification, please add a screenshot of one of your personal albums in Tyku app which shows your current username and at least one - created or saved - recording (can be "My Favorites" album).

I have created a username but I can't login to the app with it. What to do?

If the phone device is the same and you cannot log in to the app with the previously created username - contact us by email at info@tyku.app.

In case the device has changed - you will have to create a new username.

If you want the information from the previous username (i.e. created recordings and followed albums) to be transferred to a new device - write to us at info@tyku.app. To identify your previous username, please add a screenshot of your private album (e.g. "My favorites") showing your previous username. If you no longer have access to your previous account, indicate this in the email.

I want to permanently delete my user account and all related information. How can I do it?

If you want to permanently delete your account and all related information, write an email to info@tyku.app. Specify:

· Your username;

· Indicate that you want to delete your account and all related information;

· For user identification, add a screenshot of a private album (e.g. "My Favorites" album) where your username is visible.

Your request will be fulfilled within 5 days. Once the information and user account is deleted, it will not be possible to restore it.

I want to delete some of my user information. How can I do it?

I have a new phone. Will it work with an existing app subscription?

If you have changed your phone, you will need to create a new username after downloading Tyku app. Once in the app, click "Restore purchases". You can find "Restore purchases" in the subscription information window or in "My Account" section. After clicking "Restore purchases" your subscription should work again.

If you want the user information to be transferred from the previous phone to the new one, please contact us by e-mail at info@tyku.app. To identify your previous user, please add a screenshot of your private album (e.g. "My favorites") showing your previous username. If you no longer have access to your previous account, indicate this in the email.

Using Tyku app

Creating - How can I edit or delete recordings and albums that I have created? (titles, text parts etc.)

If you have created your voice recording and want to change its name, text part, or remove the recording, you can do so by going to the album where your recording is saved and pressing the pencil button in the upper right corner. In the window that opens you can choose which recording you want to change or delete. You can also change your own album titles and descriptions in the same window.

Sharing - How can I share recordings and/or albums with others?

Tyku app has a sharing function - you can share both public and self-created recordings and albums. Sharing works by sending a link via email, whatsapp, text message etc. Please be aware that links to Tyku albums and recordings that are sent via Facebook Messenger or Instagram in some cases cannot be opened directly.

ANDROID device: After clicking a link to Tyku app in FB Messenger, press the three dots in the upper right corner of the window. Then click - "Open in Tyku". Android devices open links from Instagram.

APPLE device: After clicking a link to Tyku in FB Messenger, press the button in the bottom right corner, then select "Open in Safari". If you clicked the link on Instagram, then click the three dots in the upper right corner and continue clicking "Open in Browser".

Sharing - Others have sent to me links to albums and recordings in Tyku. I clicked the links and opened them in the app. Where are those recordings and albums saved now?

When you open a recording in Tyku app after clicking the link sent to you, that recording is automatically saved in your private album "My Favorites", on the "Remember" screen. You can remove the recording by going to this album. Also, after opening a recording, you can add it to other albums you've created.

If you received an album link and after clicking it you opened the album in Tyku app, this album is automatically followed by you and saved in the section of the followed albums, on the "Remember" screen. You can unfollow this album if you want to remove it from the followed albums section.

Player - Why is the player playing on repeat? How to listen to all tracks in a row?

Tyku player is designed to play a single recording on repeat. If you want to listen to all recordings in a row, you need to press "Play all" button, and then, using the "next recording" button, go to the recording from which you want to start listening.

The player's original repeat function is for focusing on a single recording, such as an affirmation, and listening to it on repeat is important for absorbing information and creating new thought programs.

Player - How do repeat and timer functions work in Tyku?

Tyku player has repeat and timer functions. With the repeat function, you can set how many times you want to hear the recording. The maximum number of times is 108. The number 108 is applicable to listening to mantras and affirmations. You can also create your own affirmations and listen to them exactly 108 times (or as many times as you wish).

The timer function determines how long the recording will be played before stopping. This feature can be very useful when listening to recordings before going to sleep.

Player - How does repeat and timer functions work after pressing "Play all"?

Repeat and timer functions for a single recording in cases when "Play all" has been pressed before is applied to the whole album and not to a specific recording. For example, if you clicked "Play all", and then set a recording to play 3 times, it will play the entire album three times, playing each recording in turn. Also, if you clicked "Play all" and then set a timer for a single recording, the timer will be applied to the entire album, that is, the recordings will be played consecutively for the set time interval.

For Creators - I want to upload and share the recordings that I have already created. How can I do that?

If you have already created your own voice recordings and want to use them in the app or share them with others, we can upload these recordings to your desired private album in the app.
