Refund policy

 1. Purchased digital products (courses, audio material, visual material etc.) are non-refundable.

2. Quality physical items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defects of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. The Seller according to the "Rules of Retail Trade" and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania determines the following list of non-refundable physical items: 

3.1. photography items;

3.2. printed books, prints, reproduction and other print products.

4. In order to return the physical product(s), the Buyer first must contact the Seller by email at info@tyku.app.

4.1. The Buyer has to return the product in its original and not damaged packaging. The product cannot be used or damaged.

4.2. The Buyer returns the product according to the Sellers instructions. The Buyer has to pay the returning expenses.

5. Money for the returned physical goods are transferred to the Buyer within 10 days from the acceptance of the return of the goods. Money is transferred to the same bank account, from which the payment to purchase the goods was done.
